Hi everyone! My name is Hiva and I’ve been in the field of nursing for over 12 years, 9 of which have been as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I’ve worked in both primary care and specialty settings. I started my career as a pediatric RN in community health and transitioned into Internal Medicine with Stanford Healthcare as an NP. I then specialized in Cardiology, running the structural heart valve clinic for Medical City Heart and Spine Hospital in the DFW metroplex. Since then, I’ve worked in Rheumatology, Endocrinology, and Urgent Care. I’ve tried it all! And I’m here to tell you that you can too!! The field of nursing is full of amazing opportunities and I’m here to help you feel strong and confident in your skills as you enter this new chapter.
