Samantha has had a long passion for nursing and taking care of others. She has 7 years of experience as a registered nurse particularly within cardiac and cardiac step down, in addition to post-surgical settings. She always wanted to be able to do more to help patients, so she obtained her masters degree as a family nurse practitioner. She found a passion for teaching while actively nursing and that continues as an NP educator. As someone that dealt with testing anxiety the majority of her time in school, Samantha loves to encourage students and instil that confidence in them that they can pass as well!
