Loved Your Tutoring Session? We'd Love to Hear!
As a passionate nursing professional and educator, I am deeply committed to helping students achieve their goals and succeed in their nursing careers. I earned my BSN in Nursing from Quinnipiac University in 2009, and later pursued my MSN in Nursing Education from Western Governors University in 2020. My nursing journey has given me extensive experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, Step Down/PCU, Procedures, and Emergency Nursing.
Throughout my ten years as a travel nurse, I discovered my true love for teaching. I had the privilege of precepting many nurses across various settings, and it was here that my passion for mentoring and guiding others truly blossomed. Now, as an educator, I find great joy in empowering students to build their confidence and excel on the NCLEX, drawing from my years of hands-on clinical experience and teaching.
I am thrilled to bring my expertise and dedication to Archer Review, where I can continue making a positive impact on the next generation of nurses. Together, we can work toward your success, one step at a time.

I was a repeat test taker and Mrs. Paolino worked alongside me to help with areas that I struggled with. She made me feel comfortable and I could tell from the day we started working together she wanted me to succeed. That first day we came up with a plan and scheduled sessions accordingly. Now, I can officially say I passed my NCLEX and am a registered nurse.
