I am a primary care nurse practitioner and medical director specializing in women's health in the community health setting in a coastal town north of Boston. I am BLS certified and trained as an NP in an OBGYN practice prior to moving on to primary care. I also worked as a pediatric RN for many years before going back to school for my MSN-FNP degree. As an anxious test taker myself, I find that I truly can relate to students from all backgrounds and test preparedness and help them walk into their exam ready to pass! I love to help new NPs navigate test taking and entrance to practice, can't wait to meet!

Morgan Busse grew up playing soccer, riding horses, showing sheep, and running around the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Washington in 2011 and worked as an inpatient OB nurse for 8 years at a busy urban hospital in Seattle, Washington. Her love for nursing and the desire to create life-long partnerships with patients and families led her back to the University of Washington where she graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, specializing as a family nurse practitioner in 2020. While studying, Morgan collaborated with faculty on various research studies which took her and her family across Washington, and into the Amazon Rainforest. She completed the NP residency program at Seamar Community Health Center, where she rotated through a variety of specialties including cardiology, women’s health, pediatrics, OB, behavioral health, nephrology, urgent care, and orthopedics. Morgan and her family moved to Colorado in 2021 to give them the wonderful opportunity to be closer to family and experience the beautiful Colorado Rockies!
“Being a nurse practitioner is an absolute privilege. I get to partner with the people in my community, and together we achieve their unique health goals.”
Family Health best fits Morgan’s personality as she loves working with all ages, and implementing the growing body of evidence across a variety of health topics. Her passions lie in women’s health, chronic disease prevention and management, lifestyle medicine (including weight loss assistance), gender-affirming care, substance use disorders, and orthopedics. When Morgan is not working, you can find her traveling, or playing in the Rocky Mountains with her two children, husband, and dog. She enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and playing soccer.
“As your tutor, I look forward to meeting you, learning with you, and helping you achieve your career goals!”
A warm hello from sunny Alabama! I'm Brittany, a family nurse practitioner, who celebrates being in the field of nursing for 15 years! Over the past twelve years, I have worked in education and am working to complete my nurse educator certification. Regardless of educational experience, what sets a great tutor/mentor/educator apart is continuing to stay relevant in the field. Throughout my educational career, I have always maintained my license, continuing to practice as a registered nurse, and eventually receiving more training to become a nurse practitioner. A creative at heart, I love collaborating to create a roadmap to success. I cherish those lightbulb moments as we take that journey together and constantly learn from every student--you guys never cease to amaze me! If you are looking for a tour guide I would be happy to talk more with you!
Hi everyone! My name is Hiva and I’ve been in the field of nursing for over 12 years, 9 of which have been as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I’ve worked in both primary care and specialty settings. I started my career as a pediatric RN in community health and transitioned into Internal Medicine with Stanford Healthcare as an NP. I then specialized in Cardiology, running the structural heart valve clinic for Medical City Heart and Spine Hospital in the DFW metroplex. Since then, I’ve worked in Rheumatology, Endocrinology, and Urgent Care. I’ve tried it all! And I’m here to tell you that you can too!! The field of nursing is full of amazing opportunities and I’m here to help you feel strong and confident in your skills as you enter this new chapter. I enjoy teaching and mentoring students and new grads to find their passion and build a career they can be proud of. So, if you’re looking for a mentor and an advocate, I’m your gal!

Samantha has had a long passion for nursing and taking care of others. She has 7 years of experience as a registered nurse particularly within cardiac and cardiac step down, in addition to post-surgical settings. She always wanted to be able to do more to help patients, so she obtained her masters degree as a family nurse practitioner. She found a passion for teaching while actively nursing and that continues as an NP educator. As someone that dealt with testing anxiety the majority of her time in school, Samantha loves to encourage students and instil that confidence in them that they can pass as well!

At Archer Review, our NP mentors stand out because they are not just educators. They are experienced professionals actively working in the field. This real-world expertise allows them to provide personalized guidance, whether it's for board exam preparation, career advancement, or navigating job applications and resume reviews. Our mentors understand the unique challenges NPs face and are ready to help with anything from clinical questions to career development, ensuring you are fully supported on your journey to success.
Online mentoring for primary care NP board and clinical preparation takes place via Zoom, where you will connect with your NP mentor in a live, interactive session. For private sessions it’s recommended that your camera be on to ensure the tutor can focus on your individual needs and tailor the session to address your specific questions. Each session is designed to provide personalized instruction on key NP concepts, ensuring you are well-prepared for your exams and clinical practice. Mentors can not only help you prepare for AANP or ANCC, but also evaluate resumes, assist in studying for exams while still in school, and provide mentorship as you enter into practice.
For private sessions, our policy reflects the value of the NP ’s time and dedication to providing individualized attention. If a student does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled session, the mentor will consider the session forfeited, with no refund or rescheduling provided. We encourage students to be on time to make the most of their personalized NP prep experience. We do not allow for sessions to be rescheduled or transferred.
At Archer Review’s NP Mentoring, we tailor our approach to accommodate a variety of learning styles by first assessing each student’s individual preferences. Whether you are a visual learner who benefits from diagrams, an auditory learner who prefers discussions, or a kinesthetic learner who needs hands-on practice, we use diverse techniques such as practice questions, interactive case studies, and more to enhance understanding. Our goal is to ensure that every student comprehends the material using methods best suited to their learning style.
All of our tutors are well-versed in NP preparation and equipped to help you succeed on your exams. All of the NPs on the Archer Review team have passed AANP/ANCC and are actively practicing in clinics. We recommend checking out each NP’s reviews to find the one you would best pair with based on their teaching style, experience, and feedback from other students. No matter who you choose, you can expect expert guidance and support tailored to your NP prep needs!
Beyond scheduled mentoring sessions, we provide ongoing support through our social media channels, where you can access helpful tips and stay connected. Additionally, we host free webinars throughout the month, offering extra opportunities to solidify your knowledge and stay informed on key NP topics. Be sure to follow us on social media for updates and helpful resources!
Private NP mentoring is $100 per hour. We offer discounts for multiple sessions—10% off for 3 sessions, 15% off for 5 sessions, and 20% off for 10 sessions. Payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
